Carrie Anne Messina

Carrie Anne Messina grew up in Kensington, Maryland and spent summers in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.  The daughter of a top Realtor in the DC-area, Carrie Anne was raised in the industry and started working for a title company right after college graduation.  In college, Carrie Anne fell in love with the law while taking a business law class and decided to attend law school.  Upon graduating from law school, Carrie Anne began her work in real estate law, and with the exception of some years spent living in Los Angeles, she has worked in the field continuously her entire career.  Her husband’s occupation in the film industry brought her family to Georgia in 2015, and she has lived here happily with her husband, two sons and two crazy dogs ever since.  Her practice focuses on residential resale and new construction transactions.
