DJ Shymansky

David Shymansky, his friends call him DJ, has been a licensed attorney for 20 years. He started his practice in Maryland with a focus on civil litigation but quickly discovered that real estate was his passion. His practice has been focused exclusively on real estate in Maryland and South Carolina ever since. He was also a Charleston area real estate Broker prior to sitting for the South Carolina Bar. Since then, he has presided over tens of thousands of closings ranging from first-time home purchases, land development for single-family neighborhoods, to multi-million dollar commercial transactions in the Charleston area.
