Brian has over 20 years of experience in real estate, litigation, estate planning, and probate matters, and has closed over 10,000 residential and commercial real estate transactions. Brian is a licensed title insurance agent approved by Fidelity Title Insurance Company, Stewart Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance, Investors Title Insurance Company, and Chicago Title Insurance Company. Many of his real estate related litigation cases include contract disputes, quiet title actions, special conservatorships, foreclosures, and petitions to sell real estate.
