While Nelson & Galbreath, LLC is not a financial institution, we often act on the behalf of one and as a result, want to notify you of our privacy policies. In order to perform real estate settlement services, we often need to share customers’ personal information with certain third parties who have a “need to know.” Examples of these third parties are lenders from whom we are seeking payoff information, homeowner’s association management companies, mortgage service providers and our banking institution. We vet all of our employees and certain third party service providers and have enforced policies regarding data access, storage, retention and destruction to ensure the safety of your information electronically and physically.
