Cecil Nelson has practiced law in South Carolina for over forty-five years. His practice focuses on representation of national, regional and local corporations, real estate developers and builders. His experience extends from multi-million dollar commercial transactions to single-family residential subdivisions. He has also represented commercial mortgage lenders in acquisition and development financing.
