Dennis J. DiSabato, Jr.

Dennis J. DiSabato, Jr. serves clients in all areas of residential and commercial real estate including homebuilder representations, lot purchase agreements, lot closings, home sales and resales (for buyers and sellers), new construction closings, HELOCs, refinances, all aspects of residential and commercial development, entitlements, land use, zoning and other matters related to real estate.  He has more than fifteen (15) years of experience practicing real estate in the Greater Myrtle Beach area.

In addition to practicing real estate law, Mr. DiSabato is active in politics.

He has served as the District 3 Councilman on Horry County Council since 2016. His district generally encompasses the Carolina Forest community and parts of Conway.
