3 Things to Ensure Your Closing is a Success

  1. Stay in touch with your lender, realtor, and real estate attorney. Ask questions! This is a big investment, so stay informed and let the attorney answer any questions or concerns that you may have during the process.
  2. Return requested documentation quickly. It may sound simple, but many steps in the closing process are contingent on receipt of certain items in order to move forward.
  3. Be sure you bring your certified funds and driver’s license to closing. Closing can (and should!) be celebratory in nature, but stay tuned as your closing attorney explains important key items.
